Through her time as a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, Emma has developed a passion for working with women, particularly during pregnancy and postpartum periods and also has an interest in hypermobility disorders and working with young women to understand and support their bodies. She believes in a holistic treatment that incorporates both physical and mental health and integration between therapies and exercise is the way forward in achieving treatment outcomes.
