Clare is a compassionate and experienced Women’s Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist committed to supporting the well-being, health and fitness of women of all ages and life-stages. She has expertise in the physiotherapy management of all pelvic floor conditions including bladder and bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pessary fitting, overactive bladder, dyspareunia and persistent pelvic pain, with a special interest in conditions associated with endometriosis. 

Clare is a certified lymphoedema therapist trained through the Macquarie University ALERT program. Her practice includes the early monitoring for and early intervention of lymphoedema following treatment for breast, gynaecological and melanoma cancers. She treats the musculoskeletal and pelvic floor issues that can be associated with the cancer journey, including scar management following breast surgery with laser treatment and manual therapy.


Clare has expertise in postural, spinal and pelvic girdle conditions, in both the general, pregnancy and post-natal populations and brings a holistic considered approach to physiotherapy. She has designed programs for and instructs both our Sassy 60s and Pelvic Pain exercise groups. 

Committed to ongoing professional development she has completed professional certificates in the ‘Conservative Management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse’ and ‘Pain Theory, Science and Pain Education’ through the University of South Australia. Clare regularly attends courses and conferences and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Continence Foundation Australia, NSW Pelvic Pain Network and the Australasian Lymphology Association.
