Agata graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley in Canada.
Agata has years worth of experience as a physiotherapist, exercise physiologist and clinical pilates instructor. Agata has worked with a diverse case load including musculoskeletal injuries, orthopaedic surgeries, chronic pain, sports injuries and women’s health across all ages.
Agata takes a patient-centered style of care where she can collaborate with clients to achieve their goals by using a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue work, clinical pilates and rehabilitation/exercise prescription.
Having a background in strength training, pilates, and her understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, allows her to provide a tailored approach to treating a variety of injuries and conditions through movement, as well as empowering women to improve their strength, mobility and overall well-being.
Agata has a special interest in women's health and is currently expanding her expertise through training to provide targeted care for women’s specific needs throughout different life stages.
