Sam is a passionate physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Western Sydney University.

She completed her Pilates Training in 2016 with the Pilates Institute of Queensland and uses a movement-based approach as a key assessment and treatment tool. She focuses on uncovering the root of her client’s dysfunction and pain and working collaboratively with them to develop an active approach to treatment.

Sam has a passion for women’s health and empowering women through education about their bodies, conditions and options for treatment. She enjoys working with pregnant and post-natal women in ensuring they are educated about all birthing and post-natal options and working with them to meet their goals, no matter what they are.

Her holistic view of health has extended to her own life. When she is not hard at work you can find her at the gym, enjoying time with her family and friends or coaching a netball team.
