Women's Health & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist + Clinical Pilates
Provider Number: 6135274T

Katie graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Newcastle and spent the early part of her career working Across hospitals in NSW, QLD and the UK in Neurology.  It is through her exposure to neurorehabilitation that Katie developed a passion for working with women to achieve their goals, so decided to undertake the pathway to shift into Women’s and Pelvic Health.

Katie was fortunate to work in private practice on the Northern Beaches with a focus on Women’s Health, working with pre-and post-natal women and helping them navigate the changes and challenges of pregnancy and birth which she thoroughly enjoyed. Katie has since joined the team at Women In Focus Physiotherapy where she is enjoying working with women through their life stages with treatment and exercise. Katie has completed her Pilates training with DMA and regularly uses Pilates-based exercise as part of her treatment approach.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys time in the sunshine, cooking, catching up with friends and family and exploring new places.
