Provider Number: 4214808Y

Kate graduated from the University of Sydney in 2007 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science), and in 2009 became an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Since then, she has gained a wide range of clinical experience, including musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, pre-and post-natal care, athlete development, management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and osteoporosis, and in-patient psychiatric care. In addition to her clinical expertise, Kate has also worked in health promotion and injury prevention in both the not-for-profit and corporate sectors.

Kate has been teaching Pilates classes since 2011, and in 2013 obtained her Certificate IV in Instruction through Polestar Pilates. In the same year, she also completed her Pre and Post Natal Pilates Specialist certification, and her passion for women’s health has grown since then.

When not in the clinic, Kate keeps active by going to the gym, swimming, and of course, practising Pilates! She also loves to cook and bake, potter in her garden, dabble in interior design and hang out with her husband and daughter.
